Right of withdrawal

Quality and customer satisfaction are always our top priority. If you are still dissatisfied with our products, please let us know Feedback, so we can do better next time. If you would like to return a product from us, you have the right to cancel the contract within 30 days.

To do this, proceed as follows:

  1. Send an email with a clear explanation of the cancellation (and the order number) to hello@yagomatcha.ch.
  2. Pack the products and send them to the following address:

  3. As soon as we receive the products back and find no loss of value due to unnecessary handling, we will refund your money within 5-7 working days to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

To note:

  • You have to pay the shipping costs yourself.
  • If the goods on aunnecessary handlingshows traceable loss of value (e.g. matcha almost empty), we reserve the right to deduct the loss in value from the refund.
  • Please note that depending on the payment method, the refund can take up to 14 working days to reach you. We cannot influence the processing time of the refund.

Detailed information

The 30-day period begins on the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, take possession of the goods. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke the contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.Note that you have to bear the costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
