- And relax: We will automatically send you your matcha at the interval you choose. (You can adjust your subscription at any time).
Questions about the subscription
Am I bound to a contract?
No, we don't believe that. You can adjust, move or cancel your subscription at any time.
How can I pay for my subscription?
Subscriptions can only be paid/taken out with PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
For example, if you want to pay with TWINT or by invoice, it must be a "normal/one-off" order (so please do not select the subscription option).
Can I skip my delivery if I'm on vacation?
Yes, of couse! You can do all of this in your account .
What delivery intervals are there?
