What are the benefits of matcha?
Matcha is especially valued for its gentle and long-lasting energy supply, which does not have the typical highs and lows of coffee or energy drinks. Added to this are the many health benefits and of course the unique taste. Find out more here .
Why is matcha so expensive?
Matcha production is complex. The young tea leaves are hand-harvested, dried and ground into a fine powder in a lengthy process. Cheaper matcha is often made from older leaves, which affects the quality and taste.
