Ingredients
- 5 g Organic Matcha powder
- 40 g Oat flakes
- 20 g Walnuts
- 20 g Almonds
- 10 g Pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp Agave syrup, honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- 1 Vanilla pod(s)
Manual
- Chop the walnuts, almonds, and pumpkin seeds and put them in a bowl.
- Add the oats.
- Lightly heat the coconut oil, sweetener, and matcha and stir well.
- Scrape out the vanilla pod(s) and add. Then mix the liquid into the dry ingredients.
- Mix until everything is coated.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 150 °C (fan).
- Let the granola cool and enjoy.
