Matcha Granola

Are you ready to start your day with a healthy boost? Let's get started right away and create this irresistible Matcha Granola!

Ingredients

  • 5 g Organic Matcha powder
  • 40 g Oat flakes
  • 20 g Walnuts
  • 20 g Almonds
  • 10 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp Agave syrup, honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • 2 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 Vanilla pod(s)

Manual

  1. Chop the walnuts, almonds, and pumpkin seeds and put them in a bowl.
  2. Add the oats.
  3. Lightly heat the coconut oil, sweetener, and matcha and stir well.
  4. Scrape out the vanilla pod(s) and add. Then mix the liquid into the dry ingredients.
  5. Mix until everything is coated.
  6. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 150 °C (fan).
  8. Let the granola cool and enjoy.
