Matcha Granola

Are you ready to start your day with a healthy boost? Let's get started and whip up this irresistible Matcha Granola!


  • 5 g organic matcha powder
  • 40g oat flakes
  • 20g walnuts
  • 20g almonds
  • 10 g pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp agave syrup, honey or sweetener of your choice (optional)
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 vanilla bean(s)


  1. Finely chop the walnuts, almonds and pumpkin seeds and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add the oatmeal.
  3. Heat the coconut oil, sweetener and matcha slightly and mix well.
  4. Scrape out the vanilla pod(s) and add them. Then mix the liquid into the dry ingredients.
  5. Mix until everything is coated.
  6. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  7. Place in the oven at 150 °C (fan oven) for 25 minutes.
  8. Let the granola cool and enjoy.
Good to know

You can further refine the granola as desired. We have a few ideas for real granola power-ups:

  • Nuts and seeds, such as sunflower seeds or linseed
  • Dried fruits, such as raisins, cranberries or dried apples
  • Spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg or ginger
  • Or if you like it sweet, chocolate
