Matcha Lemon Drink - Yago Matcha
Enjoy a refreshing taste experience with this delicious Matcha Lemon Drink – ideal for sunny summer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 g (2 scoops) matcha powder
  • 600 ml water
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 lime(s)
  • Fresh mint
  • Crushed ice
  • Sugar to taste

Manual

  1. First, cut the lemon and lime into slices or wedges. Pluck the mint leaves and wash them thoroughly.
  2. Mix the matcha powder with about one-sixth ml of the water and stir it frothy with a matcha whisk. Now add the lemon and lime slices or wedges together with the mint into the glasses.
  3. Add the remaining water and top it off with crushed ice for a refreshing taste experience.
  4. Enjoy ice cold and share the refreshing magic potion with friends!
Good to know

For cozy winter days, you can turn the ice-cold version into a warming one: Leave out the ice and instead stir the matcha with hot water.

If the lemonade is a bit too bitter for you, you can add sugar as desired to adjust the sweetness.
