Matcha Lemon Drink - Yago Matcha
Enjoy a refreshing taste experience with this delicious Matcha Lemon Drink - ideal for sunny summer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 g (2 scoops) matcha powder
  • 600 ml water
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 lime(s)
  • Fresh mint
  • Crushed ice
  • Sugar as desired

Method

  1. First, cut the lemon and lime into slices or wedges. Pick off the mint leaves and wash them thoroughly.
  2. Mix the matcha powder with about a sixth of a ml of the water and stir it until frothy with a matcha whisk. Now add the lemon and lime slices or wedges into the glasses along with the mint.
  3. Add the remaining water and top with crushed ice for a refreshing taste experience.
  4. Enjoy ice cold and share the refreshing magic potion with friends!
Good to know

For cozy winter days, you can turn the ice-cold version into a warming version: leave out the ice and mix the matcha with hot water instead.

If the lemonade is a bit too bitter for you, you can add sugar to adjust the sweetness as desired.
