Better than coffee
Gentle energy instead of a caffeine crash—that’s what’s behind it.
It’s that easy
No café needed – here’s how to make matcha at home.

Sift 1–2 g of matcha (one level spoonful) into a bowl—this prevents lumps.

Froth with the chasen for about 20 seconds in a W shape.

Creamy foam? Done. Enjoy it pure—or with milk as a matcha latte.
Directly from Japan
From the lush green tea plants to the fine powder in your cup—making matcha is an art in its own right.

1. Shade growth
The green tea plants grow under nets, which allows them to develop an intense color and a rich aroma.

2. Hand selection
Only the finest young leaves are picked by hand. Machines cannot achieve this level of delicacy.

3. Aroma preservation
After picking, the leaves are steamed to preserve their vibrant color and flavors.

4. Final touches
The leaves are dried, cleaned, and ground into a fine powder in stone mills—a labor-intensive process.

Not just another matcha brand
We are four founders from Switzerland—and we were selling matcha here when most people still couldn’t pronounce the word. Since then, matcha has become a trend, and the market is full of brands that buy powder somewhere and stick a label on it.
We do things differently: We know which farm each batch comes from, we visit them, and we only sell what we ourselves drink every morning.

From our blog
We visited our matcha farm in Yame.
We were in Fukuoka—where our Organic Signature Matcha grows. We stood in the shaded tea fields and watched the stone mills running: one produces 16 grams per hour.
Still unsure? These are the questions our customers ask us most often.
New to matcha? Start with the Starter Kit—it includes everything. For matcha lattes, we recommend the Basic; for pure tea enjoyment, the Classic (our bestseller); or the Signature for connoisseurs.

Yes, matcha contains caffeine. However, in lower amounts than coffee or energy drinks. Its effects come on more gently and provide a steady supply of energy throughout the day. The L-theanine it contains also promotes concentration while helping you stay relaxed.
As with any caffeinated beverage, too much matcha can cause insomnia, palpitations, and digestive problems. It is always best to enjoy it in moderation.
Try your matcha for 30 days. If you’re not convinced, you’ll get your money back—no questions asked.
