Good quality matcha at fair prices

I have been drinking matcha for several years and have tried many products. I was particularly impressed by the organic ceremonial grade matcha. The color is a beautiful green and the taste is intense and slightly fruity without being bitter.

Matcha tea preparation

After a little practice, matcha tea can be prepared in no time. Not only does it serve as pure enjoyment, but it also opens the door to many other creative recipes.

More recipes

1. Seven

Carefully sift 2 grams of matcha (about 1 teaspoon) into a bowl to prevent lumps from forming.

2. Heating

Add approx. 70 ml of hot water. It should no longer boil to protect the matcha.

3. Stir

Chase the matcha and water together in a Z-shaped motion for about 20 seconds.

4. Enjoy

As soon as a creamy foam forms, enjoy the tea or use it for creations such as matcha latte.
